Job Description:

  • Menu Designing basis requirements shared by the client
  • Cost analysis for raw material required for food preparation
  • Maintain hygiene standards basis ISO requirements
  • Task allocation and roster planning for kitchen staff
  • Create and maintain recipes for dishes
  • Manage audits conducted internally / government driven / ISO certification
  • Maintain accurate and complete reports
  • Train kitchen staff based on job roles assigned and gauge implementation
  • Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expected results are achieved

Skill Requirement:

  • Minimum 4 years experience as Head Chef with any catering company in Qatar
  • Hotel Management Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English & Hindi
  • Leader with excellent people skills and positive attitude
  • Self motivated and innovative
  • Is able to follow up and follow through
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision.

Salary Range:

QAR: 4000 to 7000 depending on interview
