Job Description:
- Menu Designing basis requirements shared by the client
- Cost analysis for raw material required for food preparation
- Maintain hygiene standards basis ISO requirements
- Task allocation and roster planning for kitchen staff
- Create and maintain recipes for dishes
- Manage audits conducted internally / government driven / ISO certification
- Maintain accurate and complete reports
- Train kitchen staff based on job roles assigned and gauge implementation
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expected results are achieved
Skill Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Chef with a renowned catering company
- Hotel Management Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – English & Hindi
- Leader with excellent people skills and positive attitude
- Self motivated and innovative
- Is able to follow up and follow through
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
Salary Range:
QAR: 10000 to 15000 depending on interview
